  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been inspected and approved by our quality team.

How Refunds Are Issued:

  • Once your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • In case of payment by cash on delivery, a store credit or bank transfer option will be discussed with you.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Opened or used dairy products

  • Items past their expiration date

  • Clearance or discounted products
